Operators

In Jito Restaking, Node operators are entities that run and maintain the infrastructure necessary to support NCNs. They are also responsible for validating transactions, maintaining network security, and ensuring the smooth operation of their respective NCNs. Through restaking, operators can choose to support multiple networks and vault managers. The vault delegates to an operator which in turn secures Node Consensus Networks (NCNs).
